본 발명은, 친환경 폴리프로필렌 부표 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 해상용 부표에 있어서, 발포 코어층을 포함하고, 상기 발포 코어층은 호모 폴리프로필렌(homopolymer polypropylene, homo PP) 수지 또는 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합(propylene-ethylene copolymer) 수지 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 수지; 및 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무(ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, EPDM 고무) 또는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(polyolefin elastomer, POE) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 첨가제로 구성된 해상용 부표가 제공된다. 본 발명은 폴리프로필렌 발포 압출 공법을 사용하여 고배율 발포 코어층 및 박막의 비발포 스킨층을 포함하는 부표를 연속 공정으로 제조함으로써, 생산성이 높고 제조 단가가 낮은 부표 및 그 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polypropylene buoy, and a method for producing same. A marine buoy according to the present invention comprises a foam core layer, the foam core layer comprising: a polypropylene resin containing at least one from among homopolymer polypropylene (homo PP) resin and propylene-ethylene copolymer resin; and an additive containing at least one from among ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber and polyolefin elastomer (POE). The present invention employs a continuous process using a polypropylene foam extrusion method to produce buoys comprising a highly-foamed foam core layer and non-foam thin skin layer, thus can provide buoys that can be produced with high productivity and at low unit cost, and can provide a production method therefor.
