선체 표면 처리 통합 관리 시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명은 선박의 블록을 가공한 상태에서 도장 전 선체 표면의 용접선 및 용접선 주변을 포함한 용접선 영역의 검사, 표면 처리, 표면 검사 및 도장 후 도막 검사를 통합 관리함으로써, 품질 향상과, 생산 관리의 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있고, 작업자의 안전을 확보하고, 오염 발생을 저감시킬 수 있고, 생산 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.

    Disclosed is an integrated management system for hull surface treatment. According to the present invention, by integrating and managing the inspection, surface treatment, surface inspection, and post-painting film inspection of a weld line area including a weld line on a hull surface and an area around the weld line before painting in the state of processing a block of a ship, it is possible to improve quality, increase the efficiency of production management, secure worker safety, reduce pollution, and improve production competitiveness.
