The present invention relates to an unmanned precision mounting apparatus for heavy structures and an unmanned precision mounting method of the heavy structures using the same. The unmanned precision mounting apparatus for the heavy structures of the present invention comprises: a support unit for lifting and supporting one end part of the heavy structure; a sensing unit disposed on the support unit and sensing a preset mounting point position of one end part of the heavy structure and a center position of a pedestal on the upper surface of a facility as a mounting target of a mounting point; and a position control unit extending downward from one side and the other side of the support unit and horizontally moving the heavy structure according to a difference between the mounting point position sensed by the sensing unit and the center position of the pedestal. An objective of the present invention is to provide the unmanned precision mounting apparatus for the heavy structures, which can prevent accidents such as falling of workers.

    본 발명은, 중량 구조물 일 단부를 들어올려 지지하는 지지부; 상기 지지부에 배치되되, 상기 중량 구조물 일 단부의 기 설정된 거치 지점 위치 및 상기 거치 지점의 거치 목표가 되는 시설물 상면의 받침대 중심 위치를 감지하는 감지부; 및 상기 지지부의 일측 및 타측으로부터 하부로 이어지되, 상기 감지부가 감지하는 상기 거치 지점의 위치와 상기 받침대 중심 위치 차이에 따라 상기 중량 구조물을 수평 이동시키는 위치조절부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중량 구조물 무인화 정밀 거치장치 및 이를 이용한 중량 구조물 무인화 정밀 거치방법에 관한 것이다.
