The present invention provides a ship bottom cleaning apparatus, which comprises a cleaning robot for cleaning the exterior of a ship's hull, and a pump unit which is disposed in the water spaced apart from the cleaning robot and sucks the hull attachments collected by the cleaning robot through a hose. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily clean curved parts, rudder and thrusters, or the like, which are difficult-to-clean areas of the hull, and to treat by sucking hull attachments such as foreign substances and aquatic organisms generated in the hull cleaning process.
