A fiber-reinforced plastic propeller for an unmanned aerial vehicle using a foam material according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a foam core located inside and formed by foaming a liquid foaming resin; a first prepreg layer located on the surface of the foam core; a second prepreg layer laminated on the surface of the first prepreg layer; and a film layer inserted into the first prepreg layer. The present invention can provide a structure for reinforcing the strength and rigidity of the propeller as a structural material through the above structure.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 폼재를 이용한 무인 항공기용 섬유강화플라스틱 프로펠러는 내부에 위치하며 액상 발포 수지를 발포하여 형성된 폼코어, 폼코어의 표면에 위치한 제1 프리프레그층, 제1 프리프레그층 표면에 적층된 제2 프리프레그층 및 제1 프리프레그층 내부에 삽입된 필름층을 포함한다. 본 발명은 상기 구조를 통해 구조재로서 프로펠러의 강도, 강성을 보강하기 위한 구조를 제공할 수 있다.
