The present invention relates to a pavement marker capable of arousing attention for a pedestrian approaching an intersection or a crosswalk. The pavement marker comprises: a plurality of LEDs capable of emitting light; a detection sensor detecting whether an object is located on a road after one between a laser and a ultrasonic wave is irradiated based on how long does it take to be reflected and come back; and a control unit emitting the plurality of LEDs according to a preset emitting pattern or brightness value corresponding to a distance from an object detected by the detection sensor.

    본 발명은 교차로 또는 횡단보도에 접근하는 도로 이용자에게 경각심을 일으킬 수 있는 도로표지병을 제안한다. 상기 도로표지병은 빛을 발광할 수 있는 복수 개의 LED; 레이저 및 초음파 중 어느 하나를 방사한 후 반사되어 되돌아온 시간을 기초로 도로 위에 물체가 위치하는지 여부를 감지하는 감지 센서; 및 상기 감지 센서에 의해 감지된 물체와의 거리에 대응하여 사전에 설정된 발광 패턴 또는 밝기 값에 따라, 상기 복수 개의 LED를 발광시키는 제어부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
