The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charger simulation test device (hereinafter referred to as simulation test device), which performs an electric vehicle charger simulation test which simulates and tests a situation in which an electric vehicle is connected to a charger and an electric vehicle battery simulation load test which simulates and tests a situation in which a battery of the electric vehicle is connected, such that a periodic performance inspection and maintenance of the electric vehicle charger can be possible. The device comprises: a simulation circuit which performs simulation such that the electric vehicle is connected to the electric vehicle charger; a simulation switching circuit unit comprising a plurality of switches for connecting or disconnecting a specific part of the simulation circuit; a battery test unit for enabling the electric vehicle charger to simulate a charging process of the electric vehicle; a microcontroller unit (MCU) for enabling the switches to instruct the operation, receiving a response of the electric vehicle charger as a result of the operation of the switches, and determining whether the electric vehicle charger is normal; and a human machine interface (HMI) which displays a message depending on whether the MCU is normal and inputs a condition into the MCU.

    본 발명은 전기자동차 충전기에 대한 주기적인 성능검사 및 유지보수가 가능하도록 충전기에 전기자동차가 연결되어 있는 상황을 모의하여 시험하도록 하는 ‘전기자동차 충전기 모의시험’과 전기자동차의 배터리가 연결되어 있는 상황을 모의하여 시험하도록 하는 ‘전기자동차 배터리 모의부하시험’을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 전기자동차 충전기 모의시험 장치(이하, ‘모의시험장치’라 한다)에 관한 것으로 구체적인 특징은 전기차 충전기에 전기자동차가 연결된 것으로 동작하도록 모의하는 모의 회로와, 상기 모의 회로의 특정부분을 연결 또는 차단하기 위한 복수의 스위치들로 이루어진 모의 스위칭 회로부; 상기 전기차 충전기가 전기자동차의 충전 과정을 모의적으로 수행하도록 배터리 시험부; 상기 스위치들이 동작을 지시하고, 상기 스위치들의 동작 결과 상기 전기차 충전기의 반응을 입력받아 상기 전기차 충전기의 정상여부를 판별하는 MCU(microcontroller unit); 상기 MCU로터 정상여부에 따른 메시지를 표출하고 상기 MCU에 조건을 입력시키는 HMI(Human Machine Interface)를 포함하는 것이다.
