According to the present invention, an automated assembly device for a wire harness fastener of a vehicle comprises: a harness support fastening unit mounting unit where a harness support fastening unit is inserted and mounted; a spring mounting unit where a spring is inserted and mounted; a harness support insertion unit where a harness support is inserted and mounted; a press-fitting unit press-fitting a harness clip; and a harness clip extraction unit. According to the present invention, by using the automated assembly device for a wire harness fastener of a vehicle, an assembly process is automated by an automation device, thereby facilitating assembly of the harness clips to reduce assembly time and improve work efficiency to increase the production number of products, enable mass production of the products, and stabilize quality.

    본 발명의 자동차 와이어 하네스 체결부품 조립 자동화 장치는 하네스 지지대 체결부를 삽입하고 안착하는 하네스 지지대 체결부 안착부와 스프링을 삽입하고 안착하는 스프링 안착부와 하네스 지지대를 삽입하고 안착하는 하네스 지지대 삽입부와 하네스 클립을 압입하는 압입부와 하네스 클립 추출부를 포함한다. 이와 같이 본 발명에 따른 자동차 와이어 하네스 체결부품 조립 자동화 장치를 이용하면 자동화 장치에 의해 조립공정을 자동화하므로써 하네스 클립조립을 쉽게하여 조립시간 단축 및 작업효율을 향상시켜 제품 생산수량 증가 및 대량생산을 가능하게 하고 품질을 안정화하는 장점이 있다.
