The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy with a double injection structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly buoy with a double injection structure comprises: a first body part having a first inner space with one open surface and a first double injection surface provided along the perimeter of the outer surface of the open surface; and a second body part having a second inner space with one open surface and a second double injection surface provided along the perimeter of the outer surface of the open surface. In a state in which the open surface of the first body part and the open surface of the second body part are in contact with each other, by forming a double injection part on the first double injection surface and the second double injection surface, the first body part and the second body part are coupled, and the first inner space and the second inner space form a hollow sealed with the outside. According to the above structure, since a general injection molding machine and injection molding method are used, the introduction of additional equipment and technology is unnecessary, which is economical. Since a single raw material is used, resource recycling is easy. Structural reinforcement such as installation of reinforcing ribs, surface thickness supplementation, etc. is possible in areas requiring local strength supplementation. Since fusion work is excluded, productivity is improved, and facility investment costs required for manufacturing can be reduced. In general, the eco-friendly buoy can be produced not only from raw materials that are difficult to weld but also from recycled raw materials so that the eco-friendly effect is further increased.

    본 발명은 이중사출구조를 적용한 친환경부표 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 이중사출구조를 적용한 친환경부표는, 일면이 개방된 제1내부공간을 가지며, 개방된 일면의 외측면 둘레를 따라 제1이중사출면이 마련되어 있는 제1몸체부; 및 일면이 개방된 제2내부공간을 가지며, 개방된 일면의 외측면 둘레를 따라 제2이중사출면이 마련되어 있는 제2몸체부;를 포함하되, 상기 제1몸체부의 개방된 일면과 상기 제2몸체부의 개방된 일면이 서로 접한 상태에서 상기 제1이중사출면과 상기 제2이중사출면에 이중사출부가 형성됨으로써, 상기 제1몸체부와 상기 제2몸체부가 결합되고, 상기 제1내부공간과 상기 제2내부공간은 외부와 밀폐된 중공을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기의 구조에 따르면, 일반적인 사출성형기 및 사출성형방법을 활용하므로 추가적인 설비와 기술의 도입이 불필요하여 경제적이고, 단일 원재료를 사용하므로 자원재활용이 용이하며, 국부적으로 강도보완이 필요한 부분에 보강리브설치, 면두께 보완 등의 구조보강이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 융착작업이 배제되므로 생산성이 향상되고 제조에 필요한 설비 투자비용 절감이 가능하고, 일반적으로 융착이 어려운 원재료뿐 아니라 재생원료로도 생산이 가능하므로 친환경효과가 더욱 증대되는 효과가 있다.
