Disclosed is a cloud-based integrated traffic signal control system for monitoring and controlling a road traffic condition, analyzing real-time traffic information, and controlling a traffic signal. The cloud-based integrated traffic signal control system comprises: a traffic light control terminal installed in a crosswalk and a traffic control section, and controlling the flickering of an artificial intelligent sensor traffic light; a traffic signal operating server for storing and managing traffic signal operating information including a lighting state and a lighting time of the artificial intelligent sensor traffic light in a management area by communicating with the traffic light control terminal (110), remotely controlling the traffic light control terminal (110), and receiving and managing condition information including whether a component is faulty, from the traffic light control terminal; a traffic signal information providing server connected to the traffic signal operating server to receive the traffic signal operating information from the traffic signal operating server, and transmitting the traffic signal operating information to the artificial intelligent sensor traffic light; and an artificial intelligent sensor traffic light installed on a crosswalk, and receiving the traffic signal operating information from the traffic signal operating server or the traffic signal information providing server, and providing a signal for a vehicle and a pedestrian. Accordingly, the flow of a pedestrian and a traffic can be safely controlled.

    도로교통 상황 모니터링 관제·실시간 교통정보 분석·교통신호제어로 이루어진 클라우드 기반 교통신호 통합제어 시스템이 개시된다. 이러한 본 발명은, 횡단보도 및 교통통제 구간에 설치되며 인공지능 센서신호등의 점멸을 제어하는 신호등 제어 단말; 상기 신호등 제어 단말(110)과 통신하여 관리 영역 내에서 상기 인공지능 센서신호등의 점등 상태 및 점등 시간을 포함하는 교통신호 운영정보를 저장 및 관리하며, 상기 신호등 제어 단말(110)을 원격으로 제어 가능하며, 상기 신호등 제어 단말로부터 구성품의 고장 여부를 포함하는 상태정보를 전송받아 관리하는 교통신호 운영 서버; 상기 교통신호 운영 서버와 연계되어 상기 교통신호 운영 서버로부터 상기 교통신호 운영정보를 수신하며, 교통신호 운영정보를 인공지능 센서신호등에 전송하는 교통신호 정보제공 서버; 및 횡단보드에 설치되며, 상기 교통신호 운영 서버 또는 상기 교통신호 정보 제공 서버로부터 상기 교통신호 운영정보를 수신하여 차량 및 보행자에게 신호를 제공하는 인공지능 센서신호등; 을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
