The present invention relates to an adhesive composition for automobile interior materials which is used in the manufacture of automobile interior materials, has excellent adhesive strength, and good flexibility not to affect the texture change of the fabric after lamination adhesion, and a manufacturing method for interior materials using the same. The present invention comprises: a viscosity modifier which adjusts the viscosity of an entire adhesive composition with a main base, which is manufactured using fatty acids as the main raw materials by a mixing amount; a softening control agent which adjusts the softening point of the entire adhesive composition by the amount of mixing; an adhesion control agent which adjusts the degree of adhesion of the entire adhesive composition by the amount of mixing; and several additives which have the additional functions of removing foam, improving and imparting adhesion, and preventing oxidation to the adhesive composition. The manufacturing method using the adhesive composition enables the laminate bonding of an outer skin fabric and an inner cushion fabric. Accordingly, when applied to interior materials of automobiles, the present invention is environmentally friendly and harmless to the human body, and does not cause headaches from the smell of glue inside the car. The adhesive is evenly applied and applied sufficiently to minimize adhesion failure, and because of its good flexibility, it does not affect the texture change of the fabric after lamination adhesion. Thus, a number of effects such as reduction of manufacturing cost and improvement of productivity.

    본 발명은 자동차 내장재의 제조 시 사용되어 접착력이 우수하며, 유연성이 좋아서 라미네이트 접착 후 원단의 질감 변화에 영향을 주지 않도록 된 자동차 내장재의 접착조성물과 이를 이용한 내장재의 제조방법을 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 지방산을 이용하여 제조된 것이 주원료가 되는 메인베이스에 접착조성물 전체의 점도를 혼합량에 의해서 조절토록 된 점도조절제와, 접착조성물 전체의 연화점을 혼합량에 의해서 조절토록 된 연화조절제와, 접착조성물 전체의 접착력의 정도를 혼합량에 의해서 조절토록 된 접착조절제와, 접착조성물에 거품제거, 접착성 개선 및 부여, 산화방지의 부가 기능을 함께 갖도록 수개가 첨가되게 이루어진 첨가제이 혼합 조성된 것을 특징으로 하면서, 이와 같이 혼합 조성된 접착조성물을 이용하여 외측의 표피원단과 내측의 쿠션원단을 라미네이트접착토록 된 제조방법을 제공함을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하면 자동차의 내장재에 적용 시 친환경적으로 인체에 무해하며, 자동차 내부에 접착제로 인한 냄새로 두통을 유발하지 않으며, 접착제가 고르면서도 충분히 도포가 이루어져서 접착 불량을 최소화하며, 유연성이 좋아서 라미네이트 접착 후 원단의 질감 변화에 영향을 주지 않으면서, 제조원가의 절감 및 생산성 향상 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
