According to the present invention, a diagnosis device of a three-phase motor comprises: a step of outputting torque of the motor through a torque converter and releasing connection of a damper clutch; a step of increasing the torque of the motor; a step of starting an engine by using the increased torque of the motor when the torque of the motor is increased up to the necessary torque; and a step of connecting the damper clutch again when rotating speed of the engine is changed to be same with the rotating speed of the motor.

    본 발명에 따른 3상 모터의 진단 장치는 댐퍼 클러치의 연결을 해제하고 토크 컨버터를 통해 상기 모터의 토크를 출력하는 단계, 모터의 토크를 증가시키는 단계, 모터의 토크가 필요토크만큼 상승하면 증가된 모터의 토크를 이용하여 엔진을 시동시키는 단계, 및 엔진의 회전 속도가 모터의 회전 속도와 동일해지면 댐퍼 클러치를 다시 연결하는 단계를 포함한다.
