본 발명은 판재를 가공한 블랭크를 준비하는 블랭크 준비단계; 하형으로 블랭크를 가압하여 토션빔의 내입홈부를 형성하는 내입홈부 형성단계; 상기 블랭크의 폭방향 양단부가 대향되도록 말아올리는 롤업단계; 측면캠에 의해 상기 블랭크의 폭방향 양단부가 대향되도록 지지한 상태에서 상형의 돌출부분이 상기 블랭크의 폭방향 양단부를 가압하여 평탄하게 소성변형시키는 평탄화단계; 평탄화된 상기 블랭크의 폭방향 양단부를 용접 접합하는 용접접합단계; 및,용접 접합된 상기 블랭크 전체를 900 ~ 970 도(℃) 범위에서 가열하여 1 ~ 20 분 범위의 유지시간을 형성하고, 20 ~ 90 도(℃) 범위의 물 및 오일 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 처리액에서 냉각시키는 퀜칭단계;를 포함하는 토션빔의 제조방법을 제공한다.

    The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a torsion beam, the method comprising: a blank preparation step for preparing a blank obtained by processing a plate material; an indented groove unit formation step for forming an indented groove unit of the torsion beam by pressing the blank towards a lower mold; a roll-up step for rolling up the blank such that opposite end portions of the blank in the width direction face each other; a planarization step, in which a protruding portion of an upper mold presses the opposite end portions in the width direction of the blank to be plastically deformed to be flat while the opposite end portions in the width direction of the blank are supported by a side cam to face each other; a welding and bonding step for bonding the planarized opposite end portions in the width direction of the blank via welding; and a quenching step for heating the welded and bonded blank within a range of 900 to 970°C for a retaining time within a range of 1 to 20 minutes and for cooling down the blank in a treatment liquid including at least one of water and oil in a range of 20 to 90°C.
