The present invention relates to a device and a method for sterilizing an air conditioner filter for a vehicle, which sterilizes an air conditioner filter for a vehicle and circulating air. More specifically, the device comprises: a filter unit where the air is purified; and a sterilization unit provided to the filter unit. The sterilization unit comprises a sterilization lamp unit disposed on an input side or an output side of air of the filter unit in a net shape to sterilize remaining germs in the filter unit by the sterilization unit, thereby preventing generation of indoor odor and virus infection.

    본 발명은 차량용 에어컨 필터, 순환공기 등을 살균하는 것으로서, 특히 공기가 정화되는 필터부와, 상기 필터부에 구비되는 살균부를 포함하고, 상기 살균부는 상기 필터부의 공기 입력측 또는 배출측에 그물 형상으로 배치되는 살균 램프부를 포함하여, 상기 살균부에 의해 필터부에 잔존하는 세균 등을 살균하고 이에 의해 실내 악취의 발생 및 바이러스 감염 등을 방지할 수 있는 차량용 에어컨 필터 살균 장치 및 방법이다.
