The present invention relates to a steering angle sensor structure for preventing a backlash, which reduces the numbers of subgears and hall ICs to one, and has a main gear and the subgear supported by an integrated gear guide, thereby reducing a backlash and greatly increasing steering angle sensitivity (detection accuracy), reduces the total number of parts, thereby reducing manufacturing costs, and reduces a failure rate, thereby extending service life. The steering angle sensor structure comprises: a case (42) having a circular through hole (41); upper and lower gear chambers (44, 46) formed in upper and lower portions of one side of the case (42); a main gear (43) installed in the upper gear chamber (44); a subgear (45) installed in the lower gear chamber (46) and engaged with the main gear (43); a gear guide (47) integral with the case (42), and supporting a toothed end (43a) of the main gear (43) and a toothed end (45a) of the subgear (45); an accommodating chamber (52) formed in a front portion of the subgear (45); a permanent magnet (50) coupled to the accommodating chamber (52); and a hall IC (56) mounted on a PCB (55) at a position corresponding to the permanent magnet (50). The gear guide (47) has a closed-curve structure protruding to one side of the case (42). The accommodating chamber (52) includes: a support (51) for supporting the permanent magnet (50); a plurality of cutouts (53) formed in the support (51); and a plurality of locking protrusions (54) formed inward at a front end of the inner circumferential surface of the support (51).

    본 발명은 서브기어(Sub Gear)와 홀 IC(Hall IC)를 1개로 줄이고 메인기어(Main Gear)와 서브기어는 일체형 기어 가이드(Gear Guide)에 의해 지지되도록 구성함으로써 백래쉬(Backlash)가 감소되고 조향각 감도(감지 정확도)가 크게 향상되며, 전체 부품 수가 줄어 제조원가가 절감되고 고장율이 줄어 사용 수명이 연장되도록 한 백래쉬 방지를 위한 조향각 센서 구조에 관한 것으로, 원형 통공(41)이 형성되는 케이스(42)와, 케이스(42) 일측 상하부에 형성되는 상하부 기어실(44)(46)와, 상부 기어실(44)에 설치되는 메인기어(43)와, 하부 기어실(46)에 설치되고 메인기어(43)에 치차 결합되는 서브기어(45)와, 케이스(42)에 일체로 형성되고 메인기어(43)의 치형단부(43a)와 서브기어(45)의 치형단부(45a)를 각각 지지하는 기어 가이드(47)와, 서브기어(45)의 전면부에 형성되는 수용실(52)와, 수용실(52)에 결합되는 영구자석(50)와, 영구자석(50)에 대응한 위치의 PCB(55)에 장착되는 홀 IC(56)를 포함한다. 상기 기어 가이드(47)는 케이스(42) 일측으로 돌출되는 폐곡선 구조이고, 상기 수용실(52)은, 영구자석(50)을 지지하는 삽지부(51)와, 삽지부(51)에 형성되는 복수의 절개부(53)와, 삽지부(51)의 내주면 선단부에 내향 형성되는 복수의 걸림돌부(54)를 포함한다.
