The present invention relates to an offshore floating structure with rolling reduction and stability. In order to maximize the quality of usage by reducing rolling applied in water and improving restorability by wave force while applying each appropriate buoyancy in accordance with load distribution of a facility disposed on an upper portion, the offshore floating structure with rolling reduction and stability comprises: a buoyancy means formed with binding holes into which buoyancy bodies having self-buoyancy are inserted by passing therethrough; and a plate-shaped upper plate fixed while connecting upper portions of the buoyancy means, and having the length to form the bottom at which a facility is installed at an upper portion thereof. The offshore floating structure with rolling reduction and stability further comprises a rolling reduction means having the buoyancy bodies to be fixed and supported thereby while passing therethrough, and having a collision body formed with a collision area to collide with wave force in a vertical direction at a lower end to perform collision offset on the horizontally applied wave force so as to reduce rolling.

    본 발명은, 상부에 배치된 시설물의 하중분포에 따라 각각 적합한 부력을 부여할 수 있도록 됨은 물론, 특히, 파력에 의해 수중에서 인가되는 롤링을 저감하고 복원성을 향상시키어 사용품질이 극대화되도록; 자체적으로 부력을 가지는 부력체들이 관통하여 삽입되는 결속공들이 형성된 부력수단과; 다수의 상기 부력수단들의 상부를 연결하면서 고정되며 상부에 시설물이 설치되는 바닥을 형성하도록 길이를 가지는 '판(板;plate)' 형상의 상판;을 포함하여 이루어지는 롤링저감 및 안정성이 구비된 해상부유구조물에 있어서; 상기 부력체들이 관통하면서 고정지지되며 하단에 수직방향으로 파력과 충돌하도록 된 '충돌면적'이 형성되는 충돌체를 가지어 수평상으로 인가되는 파력을 충돌상쇄하여 롤링을 저감하도록 된 롤링저감수단;을 제공한다.
