The present invention relates to a method for controlling a plurality of lighting devices to enable pedestrians and vehicles to accurately recognize a current signal state of a traffic sign. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: receiving, from a communication terminal, setting information indicating an operation method of a plurality of lighting devices in accordance with a lighting condition of a traffic sign; acquiring primary lighting condition information indicating a current lighting condition of the traffic sign through image recognition of the traffic sign; acquiring secondary lighting condition information indicating the current lighting condition of the traffic sign through history information on the image recognition for the traffic sign; using the primary lighting situation information and the secondary lighting situation information to determine the current lighting situation; and determining a color of light outputted from a projection light pointing at a crosswalk and a floor lamp positioned adjacent to a crosswalk based on the current lighting situation and the setting information.
