Provided are a monitoring system for estimating greenhouse gas emission reductions and a method thereof. The monitoring system for estimating greenhouse gas emission reductions proposed in the present invention comprises: a wireless terminal (SIM card) for an electric vehicle mounted on an electric vehicle to measure running distance information, battery information, and GPS information of the electric vehicle and to communicate the measured information about the wireless terminal (SIM card) to a mobility server; a dashboard (speedometer) that measures the running distance information, the battery information, and the GPS information of the electric vehicle, and communicates the measured information about the dashboard (speedometer) to the mobility server through a user terminal; a battery management system (BMS) that manages power supplied to the electric vehicle, measures information about a battery for an electric vehicle such as a voltage, a current, a charged state, a discharged depth, and safe operation, and communicates the measured information about the BMS to the mobility server through a charger when the battery is charged; and the mobility server that receives the information about the wireless terminal (SIM card), the dashboard (speedometer), and the BMS, and compares and analyzes the received information about the wireless terminal (SIM card), the dashboard (speedometer), and the BMS so that greenhouse gas emission reductions can be estimated.

    온실가스 감축량 산정을 위한 모니터링 시스템 및 방법이 제시된다. 본 발명에서 제안하는 온실가스 감축량 산정을 위한 모니터링 시스템은 전기차량에 탑재되어 전기차량의 운행 거리 정보, 배터리 정보, GPS 정보를 측정하고 측정된 무선 단말기(심 카드) 정보를 모빌리티 서버로 통신하는 전기차량 무선 단말기(심 카드), 전기차량의 운행 거리 정보, 배터리 정보, GPS 정보를 측정하고, 측정된 계기판(스피도미터) 정보를 사용자 단말을 통해 모빌리티 서버로 통신하는 계기판(스피도미터), 전기차량에 공급되는 전력을 관리하고, 전기차량의 배터리 전압 및 전류 정보, 충전 상태와 방전 깊이 정보, 안전 동작 정보를 측정하며, 측정된 BMS 정보를 배터리 충전 시 충전기를 통해 모빌리티 서버로 통신하는 BMS(Battery Management System) 및 무선 단말기(심 카드) 정보, 계기판(스피도미터) 정보 및 BMS 정보를 수신하고, 수신된 무선 단말기(심 카드) 정보, 계기판(스피도미터) 정보 및 BMS 정보를 비교 분석하여 온실가스 감축량을 산정하는 모빌리티 서버를 포함한다.
