The present invention relates to a weight monitoring system of an ISO 11783-compliant vehicle, which outputs a pool of objects including weights based on data measured from four tilting sensors on a display by using a bridge controller for supporting both ISO 11783 and J1939 standards, thereby monitoring the weight of a vehicle. The weight monitoring system comprises: a plurality of load measurement units which each include an upper link of which an upper end is axially fixed to the frame of a vehicle, a lower link of which an upper end is axially fixed to a lower end of the upper link and a lower end is axially fixed to the leaf spring of the vehicle, a tilting sensor installed on the upper or lower link, and a main controller for transmitting data input from the tilting sensor to a CAN transceiver through CAN-BUS according to J1939 standard; the bridge controller which calculates weight information based on data input through the CAN-BUS according to J1939 standard from the plurality of load measurement units and transmits the pool of objects according to ISO 11783 standard to the ISOBUS virtual terminal of the vehicle through an ISOBUS interface; and the display for dynamically outputting the pool of objects according to ISO 11783 standard transmitted from the bridge controller.

    본 발명은 ISO 11783 및 J1939 표준을 모두 지원하는 브릿지컨트롤러를 이용하여 4개의 틸팅센서로부터 측정된 데이터에 기초한 중량을 포함한 오브젝트 풀을 디스플레이에 출력하여 차량의 중량을 모니터링할 수 있는 ISO 11783호환 차량의 중량 모니터링시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상단부가 차량의 프레임에 축고정되는 상부링크와, 상단부가 상기 상부링크의 하단부에 축고정되고 하단부가 차량의 판스프링에 축고정되는 하부링크와, 상기 상부링크 또는 하부링크에 설치되는 틸팅센서와, 상기 틸팅센서로부터 입력된 데이터를 J1939표준에 따라 CAN-BUS를 통해 CAN 트랜시버에 전송하는 메인 컨트롤러를 포함하는 복수의 하중측정부와; 상기 복수의 하중측정부로부터 J1939표준에 따라 CAN-BUS를 통해 입력된 데이터들에 기초한 중량정보를 계산하고, ISO 11783표준에 따른 오브젝트 풀을 ISOBUS 인터페이스를 통해 차량의 ISOBUS 가상터미널로 전송하는 브릿지 컨트롤러와; 상기 브릿지 컨트롤러로부터 전송되는 ISO 11783표준에 따른 오브젝트 풀을 동적으로 출력하는 디스플레이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
