The present invention relates to an underground power facility including a fire extinguishing system. The underground power facility including the fire extinguishing system includes: a power device installed in an underground space; a bubble generation unit including a surfactant tank, a mixing tank, and an air injector; a pressure pump operated by a power applied from an outside to pump bubbles inside the mixing tank; a bubble ejection unit disposed on an upper portion of the power device, and configured to downwardly eject the bubbles for fire extinguishment pumped by the pressure pump; a power supply unit including a battery mounted therein, and configured to operate when a physical force is received from the outside to supply a power from the battery to the pressure pump; a travel rail installed under the power supply unit, and configured to provide a horizontal travel path; and a high-speed traveling car mounted on a travel rail so as to be travelable, and configured to apply a physical force to the power supply unit while passing through a lower portion of the power supply unit when a fire occurs. According to the underground power facility including the fire extinguishing system of the present invention configured as described above, in an event of a fire, an unmanned high-speed traveling device rapidly moves to a fire site along the travel rail to completely cover flame with the fire extinguishing bubbles, so that the fire is rapidly and effectively extinguished.

    본 발명은 소화시스템이 구비된 지중전력설비에 관한 것이다. 이는, 지중공간내에 설치되는 전력장비와; 계면활성제탱크, 혼합탱크, 에어주입기가 구비된 거품생성부와; 외부로부터 인가된 전력에 의해 작동하여 혼합탱크 내부의 거품을 펌핑하는 압송펌프와; 전력장비의 상부에 배치되며, 압송펌프에 의해 펌핑된 소화용 거품을 하향 분출하는 거품분출부와; 배터리를 내장하며, 외부로부터 물리력을 전달받았을 때 작동하여, 배터리의 전력을 압송펌프로 공급하는 전력공급부와; 전력공급부의 하부에 설치되고, 수평의 주행경로를 제공하는 주행레일과; 주행레일에 주행 가능하도록 장착되며, 화재 발생 시 상기 전력공급부의 하부를 통과하면서 전력공급부에 물리력을 가하는 고속주행카를 포함한다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 소화시스템이 구비된 지중전력설비는, 화재 발생 시, 무인 고속주행기가 주행레일을 타고 화재발생 지점으로 신속 이동하여, 화염을 소화용 거품으로 완전히 뒤집어 씌워, 신속하고 효과적으로 화재를 진압할 수 있다.
