본 발명은 선박에 설치되는 엔진, 상기 엔진으로부터 배기(Exhaust Gas)를 배출하기 위한 배기라인, 및 일측이 상기 배기라인에 연결되고 타측이 상기 엔진의 외부에 연결되는 제1발전유닛을 포함하고, 상기 제1발전유닛은 상기 엔진에 설치된 과급기를 통과하여 외부로 배출되는 배기 및 배기보다 낮은 온도를 갖는 외기 간의 온도차에 따라 발생되는 전위차를 이용하여 발전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 엔진의 폐열을 이용한 열전발전장치에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a thermoelectric generator using waste heat from an engine of a ship, which comprises: an engine installed in a ship; an exhaust gas line to discharge exhaust gas from the engine; and a first power generation unit wherein one side is connected to the exhaust gas line, and the other side is connected to the outside of the engine. The first power generation unit generates power by using a potential difference generated in accordance with a temperature difference between exhaust gas passing through a supercharger installed in the engine to be discharged to the outside and outside air having a lower temperature than the exhaust gas.
