The present invention relates to an anti-bacterial material-coated anti-bacterial elevator coating a powdered anti-bacterial material consisting of 5 to 11 wt% of cypress, 2 to 7 wt% of ocher, 4 to 6 wt% of zinc, 4 to 6 wt% of aluminum, 0.5 to 1.5 wr% of tin, and the balance copper, and comprising: a pretreatment process of cleaning surfaces of elevator parts; a protective film coating process of coating a protective film on the surfaces of the elevator parts; a heating process of heating the elevator parts and removing internal air and internal water vapor; an antibacterial coating process of powder-coating a powder paint containing the anti-bacterial material on the surfaces of the elevator parts; and a drying process of drying the elevator parts, thereby improving the anti-bacterial properties of elevators.

    개시되는 항균물질이 코팅된 항균 엘리베이터는, 편백나무 5-11 중량%, 황토 2-7 중량%, 아연 4-6 중량%, 알루미늄 4-6 중량%, 주석 0.5-1.5 중량% 및 잔부 구리로 이루어진 분말화된 항균물질을 코팅하되, 엘리베이터 부품의 표면을 세정하는 전처리공정을 수행하고, 상기 엘리베이터 부품의 표면에 보호막을 코팅하는 보호막 코팅공정을 수행하며, 상기 엘리베이터 부품을 가열하여 내부공기 및 내부수증기를 제거하는 히팅공정을 수행하고, 상기 항균물질을 포함하는 분체도료를 상기 엘리베이터 부품의 표면에 분체코팅하는 항균 코팅공정을 수행한 후에, 상기 엘리베이터 부품에 대한 건조공정을 수행함으로써, 엘리베이터의 항균성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
