According to the present invention, disclosed is a drone for determining abnormal drive, which includes: an image obtaining part obtaining a driving image of at least one vehicle on a road; a driving information obtaining part obtaining driving information of at least one vehicle from the obtained driving image; and a determining part determining the abnormal drive of the vehicle based on the driving information by using a deep learning technique.

    본 발명은 도로 상에서 적어도 하나의 차량의 주행 영상을 획득하는 영상 획득부; 획득된 상기 주행 영상에서 적어도 하나의 차량의 운전 정보를 획득하는 운전 정보 획득부; 및 딥 러닝 기법을 이용해, 상기 운전 정보를 기반으로 차량의 비정상 운전을 판별하는 판별부; 를 포함하는 비정상 운전 판별이 가능한 드론을 개시한다.
