본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 졸음인식 시스템은, 관찰 대상자의 눈 이미지를 촬영 및 중앙처리장치에 저장하는 단계, 상기 저장된 눈 이미지의 제1 특징벡터를 추출하는 단계 및 상기 추출된 제1 특징벡터를 뉴로모픽 반도체 모듈에 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 학습단계와 상기 학습단계 이후에, 중앙처리장치를 통해 운전자의 눈 이미지를 입력받아 제2 특징 벡터를 추출하는 단계, 상기 제1 특징벡터와 상기 제2 특징벡터를 상기 뉴로모픽 반도체 모듈의 뉴로셀 연산을 통해 맵핑하는 단계, 상기 제2 특징벡터에 매칭되는 상기 제1 특징벡터 중 어느 하나를 결정한 후, 졸음여부를 판단하는 단계 및 상기 졸음여부 판단시 졸음으로 판단된 경우, 이를 출력하는 단계를 포함한다.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a drowsiness recognition system of a vehicle driver, which comprises: a learning step, including a step of photographing an eye image of a driver and storing the eye image in a central processing device, a step of extracting first features vector of the stored eye image of the driver, and a step of storing the extracted first features in a neuromorphic semiconductor module; after the learning step, a step of receiving the eye image of the driver through the central processing device and extracting a second feature vector; mapping the first feature vector and the second feature vector through a neurocell operation of the neuromorphic semiconductor module; deciding any one of the first feature vectors matching the second feature vector and determining the drowsiness recognition; and outputting the drowsiness to the driver if the drowsiness of the driver is determined when determining the drowsiness recognition.
