The present invention relates to a resistor device for discharging a capacitor in an electric vehicle. The resistor device for discharging a capacitor in an electric vehicle includes: first and second mounting blocks (111, 112); a terminal block (120) installed in the first and second mounting blocks (111, 112); a terminal plate (131) installed in an upper surface (120d) of the terminal block (120); a support bar (141) installed in the pair of terminal blocks (120); a holding bar (142) installed in the support bar (141); a planar spiral type ring resister (143) in which a ring-shaped element with a thickness (t1) and a width (w1) is formed extending in a spiral shape, and which is inserted and held in the holding bar (142) so that the ring-shaped elements do not contact each other and maintain a certain distance; a terminal bridge (150) having one side connected to the element (143f) at the end of the planar spiral ring resistor (143) and an opposite side being fastened to the terminal plate (131); and a compressing plate (162) for compressing the element (143f) at the end of the planar spiral ring resistor (143) through compression with a terminal bridge (150) by interposing the element (143f) at the end of the planar spiral ring resistor (143) between one side of the terminal bridge (150) and the element (143f) at the end of the planar spiral ring resistor (143). Accordingly, it is possible to provide an easily expandable resistance device having an appropriate resistance value according to a change in capacitance value of the capacitor of the electric vehicle.

    본 발명은 전동차량 콘덴서 방전용 저항장치에 관한 것으로, 제1,2 장착대(111,112)와, 제1,2 장착대(111,112)에 설치되는 단자대(120)와, 단자대(120)의 상면(120d)에 설치되는 단자플레이트(131)와, 한 쌍의 단자대(120)에 설치되는 지지바(141)와, 지지바(141)에 설치되홀딩바(142)와, 두께(t1)와 폭(w1)이 있는 링 형태의 엘레멘트가 나선상으로 연장 형성되어 있고, 링 형태의 엘레멘트가 서로 접촉되지 않고 일정 간격이 유지되도록 홀딩바(142)에 끼워져서 홀딩되어 있는 면상나선형 링저항(143)과, 일측이 면상나선형 링저항(143)의 맨끝의 엘레멘트(143f)에 접속되고 타측이 단자플레이트(131)에 체결되는 단자 브릿지(150)와, 단자 브릿지(150)의 일측과의 사이에 면상나선형 링저항(143)의 맨끝의 엘레멘트(143f)를 개재시켜서 단자 브릿지(150)와의 압착에 의해서 면상나선형 링저항(143)의 맨끝의 엘레멘트(143f)를 압착하는 압착판(162)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하고, 이에 의하면 전동차량의 콘덴서의 용량값의 변화에 따라서 적절한 저항값을 갖는 확장성이 용이한 저항장치를 제공할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
