According to the present invention, a water floating structure capable of fishing is installed on the sea or a reservoir to provide a space for catching a fish. The water floating structure capable of fishing includes: a first float floating so that a part thereof is exposed onto the water; and a second float which is connected to the first float, of which an upper portion surface forms the same plane as the first float, and which penetrates from the upper portion surface to a lower portion surface so that diameters of the upper and lower portion surfaces are different from each other, wherein the first float and the second float are configured to float in a shape in which a plurality of standard units are coupled to each other by using a shape in which at least one surface of the first float and the second float comes in contact as the standard units.
