One embodiment of the present invention provides a tension sensitized type launching and recovering apparatus for a diving bell, which includes: a housing; a frame unit coupled to the housing; a trolley unit coupled to the frame unit to be movable; a first winch mounted on the housing and winding a first cable coupled to a diving bell; and an umbilical winch mounted on the housing and winding an umbilical cable connected to the diving bell. The first cable passes through the trolley unit from the first winch to be connected to the diving bell. The umbilical winch winds the umbilical cable in accordance with tension formed on the umbilical cable.

    본 발명의 일실시예는 하우징; 상기 하우징에 결합되는 프레임 유닛; 상기 프레임 유닛에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 트롤리 유닛; 상기 하우징에 마운트되고, 잠수종에 결합된 제1 케이블을 권취하는 제1 윈치; 그리고 상기 하우징에 마운트되고, 상기 잠수종에 연결된 엄빌리컬 케이블(umbilical cable)을 권취하는, 엄빌리컬 윈치를 포함하고, 상기 제1 케이블은, 상기 제1 윈치로부터 상기 트롤리 유닛을 거쳐 상기 잠수종에 연결되며, 상기 엄빌리컬 윈치는, 상기 엄빌리컬 케이블에 형성된 장력에 맞추어, 상기 엄빌리컬 케이블을 권취하는, 잠수종 진회수 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
