The present application discloses a compressor unit installed in a ship, and recovering a target gas, which is a boil-off gas, from an LNG storage tank of the ship and supplying at least a part thereof to a customer. The compressor unit has: a plurality of dampers provided between a plurality of compression stages to suppress a pressure fluctuation; a first seal unit sealing between a piston and a cylinder unit; and a second seal unit surrounding the periphery of a piston rod and suppressing the target gas sucked in the cylinder unit from flowing toward a crank mechanism. All the first and second seal units are oil-free type.
