The present invention relates to a floating offshore wind power generation system which allows lift force to be controlled by adjusting the angle of a blade connected to a rotating rotor so that wind power generation efficiency can be maximized by applying greater rotational force to the blade by using the lift force that is variable by adjusting the angle of the blade and which can increase output by increasing the length of the blade to the maximum.

    본 발명은 회전 로터와 연결된 블레이드의 각도 조절을 통해 양력을 제어할 수 있도록 함으로써, 블레이드의 각도 조절에 의해 가변 되는 양력을 이용하여 블레이드에 더욱 큰 회전력을 가함으로써 풍력발전 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 또한 가변블레이드는 블레이드 길이를 최대한 늘릴 수 있도록 하여 출력을 상승시킬 수 있는 부유식 해상풍력발전 시스템에 관한 것이다.
