The present invention relates to a multifunctional offshore floating structure which can provide appropriate buoyancy according to different load distributions applied according to facilities arranged in an upper portion. The multifunctional offshore floating structure comprises: a buoyancy means formed with binding holes through which buoyancy bodies having buoyancy are inserted; and a plate-shaped upper plate which is fixed while connecting upper portions of the plurality of buoyancy means, and has the length to form a floor on which the facilities are installed. The buoyancy means includes bodies having a seating surface formed on the outer surface so that the upper plate is secured and fixed, and a plurality of binding holes disposed while penetrating through front and rear surfaces. The bodies each have an outer circumferential surface formed in a hexahedron shape having a quadrangular shape, and are assembled while being connected vertically and horizontally so that the size of the bodies can be selectively adjusted.

    본 발명은, 상부에 배치된 시설물에 따라 인가되는 상이한 각각의 하중분포에 따라 적합한 부력을 부여할 수 있도록; 자체적으로 부력을 가지는 부력체들이 관통하여 삽입되는 결속공들이 형성된 부력수단과; 다수의 상기 부력수단들의 상부를 연결하면서 고정되며 상부에 시설물이 설치되는 바닥을 형성하도록 길이를 가지는 '판(板;plate)' 형상의 상판;을 포함하여 이루어지는 다기능 해상부유구조물에 있어서; 상기 부력수단은, 외표면에 상기 상판이 안치고정되는 안치면을 가지며 전후면을 관통하면서 배치되는 다수의 상기 결속공들이 형성된 본체를 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 본체는, 외주면이 '사각형상'을 가지는 '육면체'형상으로 이루어져 상하좌우로 연결되면서 조립되어 크기를 선택적으로 조절할 수 있도록 된 다기능 해상부유구조물을 제공한다.
