The present invention relates to a structure for installing an overslam bumper for a tailgate of a vehicle. In the prior art, a gap has existed because of an assembly structure of an inner panel and an overslam bumper of a tailgate, such that the tailgate is shaken, thereby reducing reliability of customers with respect to the product. To solve this problem, the present invention relates to a structure for installing an overslam bumper at a tailgate inner panel of a vehicle, which comprises: a tailgate inner panel (100) in which a plurality of gap compensation units (120) are provided after protruding from the inner circumference of an insertion hole (110); an overslam base (200) which has an insertion unit (220) having a latching projection (210), which is elastically operated by a cutout unit (211) while passing through the insertion hole (110) of the inner panel (100), formed in all directions, and a flange (230) for determining the location of insertion, wherein a bumper coupling hole (240) is provided after being punched; an overslam bumper (300) of which one end is coupled to the bumper coupling hole (240) so as to protrude from the front surface of the overslam base (200); and a rubber pad (400) of a ring type, which absorbs vibration and noise when the tailgate is closed after being installed between the tailgate inner panel (100) and the flange (230) for determining the location of insertion of the overslam base (200). Therefore, the tailgate can be prevented from being shaken by the gap compensation units (120) of the insertion hole (110) formed at the inner panel (100) coming in contact with the latching projection (210) of the overslam base (200), thereby increasing reliability of consumers with respect to the product.

    본 발명은 자동차의 테일게이트용 오버슬램범퍼 설치구조에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 테일게이트의 인너패널과 오버슬램범퍼의 조립 구조상 갭이 존재하여 테일게이트의 흔들림이 발생하여 소비자들에게 상품에 대한 신뢰성을 떨어뜨리게 되는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차의 테일게이트 인너패널에 오버슬램범퍼를 설치함에 있어서. 삽입홀(110) 내주연에 다수 개의 갭 보상부(120)가 돌출되어 구비된 테일게이트 인너패널(100); 인너패널(100)의 삽입홀(110) 통과시 절결부(211)에 의해 탄력적으로 동작되는 걸림턱(210)이 사방에 형성된 삽입부(220)와 삽입위치 결정용 플랜지(230)가 구비되고, 범퍼결합홀(240)이 관통되어 구비된 오버슬램베이스(200); 일단이 오버슬램베이스(200) 전면에 돌출되도록 범퍼결합홀(240)에 결합되는 오버슬램범퍼(300); 테일게이트 인너패널(100)과 오버슬램베이스(200)의 삽입위치 결정용 플랜지(230) 사이에 설치되어 테일게이트를 닫을 때의 진동 소음을 흡수하는 링타입의 러버패드(400); 로 구성된 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 오버슬램베이스(200)의 걸림턱(210)에 밀착되는 인너패널(100)에 형성된 삽입홀(110)의 갭 보상부(120)에 의해 테일게이트의 흔들림이 방지되게 하여 소비자로 하여금 상품에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명이다.
