The present invention relates to a smart lifting system based on an industrial Internet of things, including: one or more jacking devices mounted between an upper structure of a bridge and a selected support structure to lift the upper structure of the bridge, measuring a load and a displacement with respect to the upper structure of the bridge during lifting or the lifted upper structure thereof in real time, collecting measured data, and transmitting the same with wireless communication; and a control center receiving and storing the measured data transmitted from the one or more jacking devices, analyzing a load value and a displacement value of the upper structure during lifting or the lifted upper structure based on the received measured data and a change thereof, and displaying the measured data and an analyzed result.

    본 발명은 교량의 상부구조물과 선택된 지지구조물 사이에 장착되어 교량의 상부구조물을 인상시키며, 인상 중 또는 인상된 교량의 상부구조물에 대한 하중과 변위를 실시간 계측하고 계측된 계측데이터를 수집하여 무선 통신으로 송신하는 하나 이상의 잭킹장치; 상기 하나 이상의 잭킹장치로부터 송신되는 계측데이터를 수신 및 저장하고, 수신한 계측데이터를 기반으로 인상 중 또는 인상된 상태인 상부구조물의 하중값 및 변위값과 이들의 변동을 분석하고 상기 계측데이터와 분석결과를 표시하는 관제센터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산업형 사물인터넷 기반 스마트 인상시스템에 관한 것이다.
