The present invention relates to an electric vehicle charging management server, which comprises: an authentication step of transmitting, by a charging station, authentication or payment information on a user to a charging management server to request whether the user is authenticated when charging is requested, and transmitting, by the charging management server, whether the user is authenticated to the charging station; a charging initiation step of transmitting, by the charging station, charging initiation information to the charging management server when the user is authenticated in the authentication step, and transmitting, by the charging management server, transaction information to the charging station; and a charging completion step of transmitting, by the charging station, charging completion information to the charging management server when charging completion is requested after the charging initiation step, and transmitting, by the charging management server, whether reception is performed to the charging station. Accordingly, an electric vehicle charging management system which introduces the charging station and the charging management server using a charging device international standard regulation, and allows a communication between the charging station and the charging management server to be used in a home country and also foreign countries following the international standard regulation, is provided.

    본 발명은 전기자동차 충전관리서버에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 충전스테이션은 충전 요청이 있는 경우 사용자의 인증 또는 결제 정보를 충전관리서버로 전송하여 사용자 인증 여부를 요청하고, 상기 충전관리서버는 사용자의 인증 여부를 상기 충전스테이션으로 전송하는 인증단계; 상기 인증단계에서 사용자의 인증이 있는 경우, 상기 충전스테이션은 상기 충전관리서버로 충전 개시 정보를 전송하고, 상기 충전관리서버는 상기 충전스테이션으로 트랜잭션 정보를 전송하는 충전개시단계; 및 상기 충전개시단계 후, 충전 종료 요청이 있는 경우 상기 충전스테이션은 상기 충전관리서버로 충전 종료 정보를 전송하고, 상기 충전관리서버는 상기 충전스테이션에 수신여부를 전송하는 충전종료단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다. 즉 본 발명은 충전 장치 국제 표준 규약을 사용하는 충전스테이션과 충전관리서버를 도입하고, 이를 위해 충전스테이션과 충전관리서버 상호간의 통신을 가능하도록 함으로써 국내뿐만 아니라, 국제 표준 규약을 따르는 해외에서도 사용이 가능한 전기자동차 충전관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
