The present invention relates to a ballast water treatment system of a total water passage type capable of performing a sterilization treatment in fresh water, seawater, and brackish water by controlling a sterilization treatment method according to salinity and, more particularly, to a ballast water treatment system of a total water passage type capable of performing a sterilization treatment in fresh water, seawater, and brackish water. The ballast water treatment system comprises: a ballast water inlet pipe (L_0); a ballast water transport pipe (L_m); a chemical tank (100); a salinity meter (202); a physical treatment device (300); an electrolysis device (400); a rectifier (500); a TRO sensor (600); a ballast water storage tank (700); and a control device (800). When the salinity of ballast water measured by the salinity meter is 0 to 8 PSU, a sterilizing agent is supplied to the ballast water inlet pipe through the chemical tank, and the ballast water supplied with the sterilizing agent is transferred to the ballast water storage tank along a first or second transport pipe at a front or rear end of a physical pretreatment device, so that water microorganisms are sterilized by a chemical treatment or a chemical/physical treatment. When the salinity of the ballast water measured by the salinity meter exceeds 8 PSU, the ballast water introduced into the ballast water inlet pipe is transferred along a main pipe so that the water microorganisms are sterilized by a physical treatment and electrolysis.

    본 발명은 염도에 따라 살균처리 방식을 제어하여 담수, 해수, 기수에서의 살균처리가 가능한 전수 통과방식의 선박평형수 처리 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 선박평형수 유입배관(L), 선박평형수 이송배관(L), 약품탱크(100), 염도계(202), 물리적 처리장치(300), 전기분해장치(400), 정류기(500), TRO센서(600), 선박평형수 저장탱크(700) 및 제어장치(800)을 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 염도계에서 측정된 선박평형수의 염도가 0~8 PSU 인 경우에는 상기 약품 탱크를 통해 살균제가 선박평형수 유입배관으로 공급되고, 상기 살균제가 공급된 선박평형수는 상기 물리적 전처리 장치 전단 또는 후단의 제1 이송배관 또는 제2 이송배관을 따라 이송되어 선박평형수 저장탱크로 이송되어, 약품 처리 또는 약품처리/물리적 처리에 의하여 수중 미생물의 살균처리가 이루어지고, 상기 염도계에서 측정된 선박평형수의 염도가 8 PSU를 초과하는 경우에는, 선박평형수 유입배관으로 유입된 선박평형수가 메인 배관을 따라 이송되어 물리적 처리 및 전기분해에 의하여 수중 미생물의 살균처리가 이루어지는, 담수, 해수, 기수에서의 살균처리가 가능한 전수 통과방식의 선박평형수 처리 시스템을 개시한다.
