The present invention relates to a life-saving tube device and a control method thereof which shorten rescue time. The life-saving tube device comprises: a chamber housing which is installed on an underwater bottom surface, has a space formed therein, and includes a door whose upper portion is opened and closed; a pressure tank which is installed in the chamber housing, and supplies compressed air into a tube; a control unit to receive a rip current occurrence signal from a monitoring unit to control a valve which opens and closes the pressure tank; and a tube inserted into the chamber housing in a contracted state, and filled with air if a prescribed condition is satisfied to float by buoyancy. The life-saving tube device is operated by sequentially undergoing: a door opening step in which the control unit receiving the rip current occurrence signal opens the upper portion of the chamber housing; a pressure tank opening step in which the control unit receiving the rip current occurrence signal opens a first valve connected to the pressure tank; a tube expanding and floating step in which compressed air is injected into the tube by the pressure tank opening step to rapidly expand the tube to allow the tube to float to the water surface; an air pump operating step in which the control unit receiving a situation end signal drives an air pump after a prescribed period of time; an air discharge step in which air in the tube is removed by the air pump driving step; a winding step in which the control unit drives a winding means to wind a supply hose when the air in the tube is removed by the air discharge step; and a door closing step in which the upper portion of the chamber housing is closed by a signal of the control unit after the supply hose is wound by the winding step.

    본 발명은 인명 구조용 튜브장치 및 이의 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 인명 구조용 튜브장치는 수중바닥면에 설치되며, 내부에 공간부가 형성되고 상부가 개폐되는 도어를 포함하는 챔버하우징과, 상기 챔버하우징 내부에 설치되며, 튜브 내부로 압축공기를 공급하는 압력탱크와, 감시부로부터 이안류발생 신호를 수신받아 상기 압력탱크를 개폐하는 밸브를 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 챔버하우징 내부에 수축된 상태로 내입되며, 일정 조건이 만족되면, 내부에 공기가 충전되어 부력에 의해 부상되는 튜브를 포함하여 구성되며, 이안류 발생 신호를 수신받은 제어부가 챔버하우징의 상부를 개방시키는 도어개방단계, 이안류 발생 신호를 수신받은 제어부가 압력탱크와 연결되어있는 제1밸브를 개방시키는 압력탱크 개방단계, 상기 압력탱크 개방단계에 의해 튜브 내부로 압축공기가 주입됨에 따라 상기 튜브가 급속하게 팽창되어 수면으로 부상되는 튜브 팽창 및 부상단계, 일정시간 이후에, 상황종료신호를 수신받은 제어부가 에어펌프를 구동시키는 에어펌프가동단계, 상기 에어펌프구동단계에 의해 튜브 내부의 공기가 제거되는 공기배출단계, 상기 공기배출단계에 의해 튜브 내부의 공기가 제거되고 나면, 제어부는 권취수단을 구동시켜 공급호스가 권취되도록하는 권취단계, 상기 권취단계에 의해 공급호스가 권취된 이후, 제어부의 신호에 의해 챔버하우징의 상부가 폐쇄되는 도어폐쇄단계를 순차적으로 거쳐 작동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
