The present invention relates to an active heater apparatus for anti-icing of a flush port air data system (FADS). According to one embodiment of the present invention, an active heater control device for an FADS comprises: the FADS (200) capable of being assembled to an aircraft (100); and a heater (500) evaporating ice or moisture from the surface of a constant pressure hole (210) of the FADS (200) to prevent any inflow of moisture. The heater is assembled to the inner surface of the constant pressure hole (210), and provides thermal energy to heat the outer surface of the constant pressure hole (21). The heater is operated by a heater power switch (600), and receives electric energy from a power source (28VDC)(630) of the aircraft. The heater power switch (600) is operated by a heater-on/off signal (1), which is a control signal of an external FLCC (640), a heater-on/off signal (2), which is a control signal of a processor (650), and a watchdog timer (20) heater-on/off signal (3), which is a processor failure discrimination signal. The processor (650) uses a temperature sensor (520) to measure the temperature of the constant pressure hole (210), and applies hysteresis control (710) to generate the heater on/off signal (3), thereby evaporating the ice or moisture formed on an area outside the location where the constant pressure hole is mounted, and preventing the inflow of moisture.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 FADS의 능동 히터 제어 장치는, FADS(200)가 비행체(100)에 조립될 수 있고, FADS(200)의 정압 홀(210)의 표면을 결빙 또는 수분을 증발시켜 수분의 유입을 방지하기 위한 히터(500)로 구성된다. 상기 히터는 정압 홀(210) 내측면에 조립되며, 정압 홀(210) 외측면이 가열될 수 있도록 열 에너지를 제공한다. 상기 히터는 히터전원 스위치(600)에 의해 동작하고, 항공기의 전원(28VDC)(630)로부터 전력을 공급받는다. 상기 히터전원 스위치(600)는 외부 장치인 FLCC(640) 제어 신호인 히터 ON/OFF(1), 프로세서(650) 제어 신호인 히터 ON/OFF(2), 프로세서 고장 판별 신호인 Watchdog Timer(620) 히터 ON/OFF(3)에 의해 동작한다. 상기 프로세서(650)는 온도 센서(520)를 이용하여 정압 홀(210)의 온도를 측정하고, 히스테리시트 제어(710)를 적용하여 히터 ON/OFF(3)를 출력하여, 항공기에서 정압 홀이 장착된 외측 면 주변 표면의 얼음 증착 또는 수분을 증발시켜 수분 유입을 방지할 수 있다.
