An objective of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for automatically controlling a descending life line for a fire escape which allows a stable descent. The apparatus for automatically controlling a descending life line for a fire escape comprises: a rotary drum rotatably installed in a housing, and provided with a rope wound on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a friction disk elastically supported on one side of the rotary drum via a compression spring; a pair of fixed wheels installed on a lower portion in the housing, and provided with an outer inclination unit formed to be inclined to allow a diameter of an outer circumferential surface thereof to become gradually larger from one side thereof towards the other side thereof; a pair of rotary wheels having an inner inclination unit being formed on a center thereof and corresponding to the outer inclination unit of the fixed wheels, a seating groove being formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof and allowing a rope to be inserted thereinto, and two or more insertion holes formed on a side thereof in a direction in which a diameter thereof is expanded; a rotary plate provided with a guide pin formed on one side thereof to protrude and inserted into the insertion holes, and rotated with the rotary wheels; a restoration spring inserted into the guide pin to elastically support the rotary wheels and the rotary plate; a rotary arm installed on the other side of the rotary plate to be rotated via a fixing hinge, and provided with a wire installed on a front one of one side thereof and connected to the rotary wheels; and a balance weight installed on an end of the other side of the rotary arm to rotate the rotary arm by a centrifugal force.

    본 발명은 하우징의 내부에 회전 가능하게 설치되고 외측 둘레면에는 로프가 감겨진 회전드럼; 상기 회전드럼의 일측에 가압 스프링을 매개로 탄력 지지된 마찰 디스크; 상기 하우징의 내측 하부에 설치되고, 외측 둘레면은 일측으로 부터 타측으로 향할수록 직경이 점점 커지도록 경사지게 이루어진 외측 경사부이 형성된 한 쌍의 고정휠; 상기 고정휠의 외측 경사부과 대응되는 내측 경사부가 중앙부에 형성되고, 외경부 둘레면에는 로프가 삽입되는 안착홈이 형성되며, 직경이 확장되는 방향의 측면에는 적어도 2개 이상 복수개의 끼움공이 형성된 한 쌍의 회전휠; 상기 끼움공에 끼워지는 가이드핀이 일 측면에 돌출되게 형성되고, 상기 회전휠과 함께 회전되는 회전판; 상기 회전휠과 회전판을 탄력 지지하도록 가이드핀에 끼워진 복원 스프링; 상기 회전판의 타 측에 고정 힌지를 매개로 회전 가능하게 설치되고 일측 선단부에는 회전휠에 연결되는 와이어가 설치된 회전암; 및 상기 회전암의 타측 단부에 설치되어 원심력에 의해서 회전암을 회전시키는 균형추를 포함하여서 된 것이다.
