The present invention discloses a communication control method of an electronic toll collection system according to vehicle detection. The present invention is configured to wirelessly communicate with a high-pass terminal and an antenna in a vehicle for a predetermined time when the vehicle entering a high-pass lane is detected by a vehicle detector. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a problem that a high-pass terminal in an adjacent vehicle or a trailing vehicle from communicating with an antenna before the high-pass terminal passing through the vehicle detector due to the reflection of a radio wave to the trailing vehicle proceeding along the same high-pass lane or a vehicle passing through an adjacent lane. In addition, this prevents a double billing problem and increases the reliability of electronic toll collection on high-pass or TCS lanes.

    본 발명은 차량 검지에 따른 요금자동징수시스템의 통신 제어방법을 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 하이패스 차로에 진입한 차량이 차량검지기에 의해 검지되는 시점에서 일정시간동안만 차량내 하이패스 단말과 안테나가 무선 통신하고 그 이후에는 오프되도록 구성한 것이고, 이에 따라 동일한 하이패스 차로를 따라 진행하는 후행 차량이나 인접 차로를 통과하는 차량으로 전파가 반사되어 후행 차량이나 인접 차량내의 하이패스 단말이 차량 검지기를 통과하기 이전에 안테나와 통신하는 문제를 방지함은 물론, 이로 인한 이중 과금 문제를 예방하면서, 하이패스 또는 TCS 차로의 요금 자동 징수에 대한 신뢰성을 높인 것이다.
