The present invention relates to a mobile device and a crowdsourcing server for estimating a traffic signal phase and a transition time by receiving traffic signal phase interval information from the mobile device. The crowdsourcing server of the present invention comprises: an information processing unit for detecting a traffic signal phase which is a current state of a traffic light of an intersection where a vehicle is located, from an image obtained by a camera, and generating traffic signal phase interval information including traffic signal phase information (p) indicating the traffic signal phase, an initial detection time (t_s) of the traffic signal phase, a final detection time (t_e) of the traffic signal phase, a detection factor (c_s) of the initial detection time of the traffic signal phase, and a detection factor (c_e) of the final detection time of the traffic signal phase; and a communications unit for transmitting the traffic signal phase interval information to the crowdsourcing server, wherein the detection factor (c_s) of the initial detection time of the traffic signal phase indicates whether the traffic light of the intersection is checked to be in a traffic signal phase state at the initial detection time of the traffic signal phase or is checked to be changed to a traffic signal phase (traffic signal phase change) from another traffic signal, and the detection factor (c_e) of the final detection time of the traffic signal phase indicates whether the traffic light of the intersection is checked to be in a traffic signal phase state at the final detection time of the traffic signal phase or is checked to be changed to another traffic signal (traffic signal phase change) from the traffic signal phase. According to the present invention, by providing a mobile device with traffic signal phase and transition time information estimated in the crowdsourcing server based on information on a traffic signal phase collected from the mobile device provided in a vehicle, it is possible to more efficiently control driving of the vehicle and reduce a waiting time at an intersection.

    본 발명은, 카메라로부터 얻어진 이미지로부터, 자동차가 위치한 교차로의 현재 교통신호등 상태인 현시(traffic signal phase)를 감지하고, 상기 현시를 나타내는 현시 정보(p), 현시의 최초 감지시각(t_s), 현시의 최종 감지시각(t_e), 상기 현시의 최초 감지시각의 감지요인(c_s) 및 상기 현시의 최종 감지시각의 감지요인(c_e)을 포함하는 현시구간정보를 생성하는 정보처리부; 및 상기 현시구간정보를 크라우드소싱 서버로 송신하는 통신부;를 포함하고, 상기 현시의 최초 감지시각의 감지요인(c_s)은 상기 현시의 최초 감지시각에 교차로의 교통신호등이 현시인 상태(현시 상태)를 확인한 것인지, 또는 다른 교통신호에서 현시로 바뀌는 것(현시 변경)을 확인한 것인지를 나타내고, 상기 현시의 최종 감지시각의 감지요인(c_e)은 상기 현시의 최종 감지시각에 현시인 상태(현시 상태)를 확인한 것인지 또는 현시에서 다른 교통신호로 바뀌는 것(현시 변경)을 확인한 것인지를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 모바일 장치 및 그 모바일 장치로부터 현시구간정보를 수신하여 현시 및 천이시각을 추정하는 크라우드소싱 서버에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면 자동차에 구비된 모바일 장치로부터 수집된 현시에 관한 정보들을 바탕으로 크라우드소싱 서버에서 추정된 현시 및 천이시각 정보를 모바일 장치에 제공함으로써, 자동차의 주행을 보다 효율적으로 제어하고, 교차로에서의 대기 시간을 줄이는 효과가 있다.
