The present invention relates to a ship ballast water and ship exhaust gas processing method, which generates a chemical for sterilizing ship ballast water and a chemical used for processing sulfur oxides contained in ship exhaust gas at the same time by using electrolysis. The present invention uses an electrolysis device including: a positive pole; a positive chamber including the positive pole; a negative pole positioned on one side surface or both side surfaces of the positive pole chamber; a negative pole chamber including the negative pole; and a cation exchange membrane positioned between the negative pole and the positive pole.

    본 발명은 전기분해를 이용하여 선박 평형수 살균 처리용 약품과 선박 배기 가스에 포함된 황 산화물 처리에 사용되는 약품을 동시에 발생시키는, 선박평형수 처리 및 선박 배기 가스 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 바람직하게는, 상기 방법은, 양극, 상기 양극을 포함하는 양극 챔버, 상기 양극 챔버의 일측면 또는 양측면에 위치하는 음극, 상기 음극을 포함하는 음극 챔버, 상기 음극과 상기 양극 챔버 사이에 위치하는 양이온교환막을 포함하는 전기분해장치를 이용한다.
