Moreover, internal air pressure of the tire can be maintained.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 정전기 방출 및 노면 소음 감소 기능을 갖는 펑크 방지 부재는, 상기 정전기 방출 및 노면 소음 감소 기능을 갖는 펑크 방지 부재의 최상단에 형성되어 상기 타이어의 내측면에 부착되는 상기 정전기 방출 및 노면 소음 감소 기능을 갖는 펑크 방지 부재의 응고를 방지하고, 상기 타이어의 내부 공기압을 유지시키는 외부 스폰지층을 포함할 수 있다.
