The present invention relates to a method for removing oil from a ship, more effectively and safely removing the oil remaining in a scrapped ship having passed its service life or a sunken ship. Provided is a method for removing oil remaining in an oil tank of a scrapped ship or sunken ship, comprising: a preliminary inspection step of allowing a diver to input integrated exploration equipment, comprising a gas sensor, a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor and a camera, into a fuel tank storing the oil and checking a state within a space; a gas removal step of discharging gas remaining in the space into a gas collection tank installed on the land or a ship for removing the oil; a liquid-phase oil removal step of pumping and discharging oil in a liquid state remaining within the fuel tank using a pump installed on the land or ship for removing the oil; a solid-phase oil removal step of dissolving and liquefying solidified solid-phase oil settled on the floor from which the liquid-phase oil has been removed, and then pumping and discharging the oil in a liquid state remaining within the fuel tank using the pump installed on the land or ship for removing the oil; and a final inspection step of, when discharging the oil is finished, again inputting the exploration equipment comprising the gas sensor, the pressure sensor, the temperature sensor and the camera into the space to check the state within the space. In addition, the present invention performs real time monitoring through interoperability between on the land/sea and under the sea to enhance work safety and efficiency.

    본 발명은 사용 연한이 다한 폐선박이나 침몰된 선박에 남아 있는 오일을 보다 효과적이고 안전하게 선박으로부터 제거하기 위한 선박의 유류 제거 방법에 관한 것으로, 폐 선박 또는 침몰 선박의 유류 탱크에 남아 있는 유류를 제거하는 방법으로, 유류가 저장된 연료통의 내부에 가스센서, 압력센서, 온도센서 및 카메라로 이루어진 통합탐사장비를 잠수부를 이용, 투입하여 공간내의 상태를 확인하는 예비점검단계; 공간내에 남아 있는 가스를 육상 또는 유류 제거용 선박에 설치된 가스수집탱크로 배출하는 가스제거단계; 육상 또는 유류 제거용 선박에 설치된 펌프를 이용하여 연료통 내부에 남아 있는 액체상태의 유류를 펌핑하여 배출시키는 액체상유류제거단계; 액체상 유류가 제거되는 바닥에 가라앉은 고화된 고체상 유류를 용해하여 액화한 후, 육상 또는 유류 제거용 선박에 설치된 펌프를 이용하여 연료통 내부에 남아 있는 액체상태의 유류를 펌핑하여 배출시키는 고체상유류제거단계; 및 유류의 배출이 종료되면 다시 가스센서, 압력센서, 온도센서 및 카메라로 이루어진 탐사 장비를 투입하여 공간내의 상태를 확인하는 최종점검단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 육상/해상과 수중간 상호작용(Interoperability)을 통해 실시간(Real time)으로 모니터링하여 작업의 안전성과 효율성을 제고한다.
