The present invention relates to a cavity noise reduction tire and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, a cavity noise reduction tire and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein polymer fiber having excellent durability and thermal resistance and providing an excellent corrosion prevention effect against oxidation is applied to an inner surface of an inner liner of a tire. Moreover, a sound absorption material composed of a first sound absorption layer that is porous and a second sound absorption layer that is non-porous is bonded to improve sound absorption performance to effectively reduce cavity noise, improve durability and thermal resistance of the sound absorption material, and at the same time, prevent corrosion caused by oxidation.
본 발명은 공명음 저감 타이어 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 타이어의 이너라이너 내면 상에 내구성 및 내열성이 우수하며 산화에 의한 부식 방지 효과가 우수한 고분자 섬유를 적용하되, 통기성의 제1 흡음층과 비통기성의 제2 흡음층으로 이루어진 흡음재를 접합함으로써 흡음성능이 향상되어 공명음을 효과적으로 저감시키면서도 흡음재 소재의 내구성 및 내열성을 향상시키는 동시에 산화에 의한 부식을 방지할 수 있는 공명음 저감 타이어 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
