The present invention relates to an emergency escape lifting device to prevent a disaster such as fire, and the emergency escape lifting device allows people in a building to escape quickly and safely, while being lifted and lowered along an exterior wall from the roof of the building. The emergency escape lifting device comprises a lifting supporting body installed on the roof of the building, and a lifting body supported by the lifting supporting body. The lifting supporting body is configured to be moved in a left and right direction while being fixed in a front and rear direction. The lifting body is installed to be withdrawn forward from the lifting supporting body, is separated from the lifting supporting body in case of disaster, and is configured to be lifted and lowered outside the building while being suspended on a lifting rope adjusted by a power device installed on the ground.

    본 발명은 건물의 옥상에서 외벽면을 따라 승하강하면서 그 건물 내에 있는 사람들이 신속하면서도 안전하게 탈출할 수 있도록 하는 화재 재난용 긴급탈출 승강장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 옥상 바닥면에 설치되는 승강지지체와, 상기 승강지지체에 의해 지지되는 승강체로 이루어지는 것으로서, 상기 승강지지체는 전후방향으로는 고정된 상태에서 좌우방향으로 이동 가능하도록 구성되고, 상기 승강체는 승강지지체로부터 전방으로 인출 가능하도록 설치되며, 재난발생시 승강지지체로부터 이탈하여, 지상에 설치된 동력장치에 의해 조정되는 승강로프에 현수된 상태로 건물의 외부에서 승하강되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
