The present invention relates to a coasting and regenerative braking control method of a four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle to optimize costing and regenerative braking according to a distance from a forward object in a four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle equipped with a 48V belt-driven starter generator (BSG) motor mounted on an engine belt of a front wheel and a rear wheel motor mounted on a rear wheel axle, the method includes the steps of: entering a coasting section if a distance from a forward object is equal to or less than a predetermined distance when an accelerator pedal is not operated during traveling; performing the regenerative braking using only a rear wheel motor when the distance from the forward object is a distance required for starting a regenerative braking during coasting; generating braking pressure by driving a clutch and an engine when hydraulic brake pressure reaches a required point; performing regenerative braking using a front wheel motor when the regenerative braking of the front wheel motor is available while continuously performing the regenerative braking using only the rear wheel motor; and stopping the regenerative braking of the front/rear wheel motors when the hydraulic brake is actuated.

    전륜의 엔진벨트에 장착된 48V BSG(Belt-driven Starter Generator) 모터와 후륜 축에 장착된 후륜모터가 구비된 사륜구동 하이브리드 차량에서 전방 물체와의 거리에 따라 코스팅 및 회생제동을 최적화할 수 있도록 한 사륜구동 하이브리드 자동차의 코스팅 및 회생제동 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 주행 중 가속페달이 조작되지 않으면, 전방 물체와의 거리가 일정 거리 이하이면 코스팅 구간으로 진입하는 단계, 코스팅 진행 중 전방물체와의 거리가 회생제동을 시작해야 하는 거리이면, 후륜모터만을 이용하여 회생제동을 수행하는 단계, 유압 브레이크 압력이 필요한 시점에 도달하면, 클러치와 엔진을 구동시켜 브레이크 압력을 생성하는 단계, 후륜모터만을 이용하여 지속적으로 회생제동을 수행하면서 전륜모터의 회생제동이 가능하면 전륜모터를 이용한 회생제동을 수행하는 단계 및 유압 브레이크가 작동되면 전륜/후륜모터의 회생제동을 정지하는 단계를 포함하여, 사륜구동 하이브리드 자동차의 코스팅 및 회생제동 제어방법을 구현한다.
