The present invention relates to a generating device and a generating method using wind power, comprising: a plurality of flight units which fly; a wire unit each of which is connected to the fly units; a rotating unit which is connected to the wire unit to provide a rotational force; and a generating unit which is connected to the rotating unit, and which produces electricity by the rotational force supplied by the rotating unit. Therefore, the present invention enables constant electricity generation using wind power.

    본 발명은 풍력을 이용한 발전장치 및 발전방법에 관한 것으로, 비행하는 복수개의 비행부와, 비행부에 각각 연결되는 와이어부와, 와이어부와 연결되어 회전력을 제공하는 회전부와, 회전부와 연결되고 회전부에서 제공되는 회전력에 의해 전력을 생산하는 발전부를 포함하여, 풍력을 이용한 지속적인 전력 생산이 가능하다.
