본 발명은 선박의 연료 유량 측정용 오일 유량계의 유량 측정 정확도 및 동적 특성을 평가할 수 있는 유량계 평가 시스템 및 평가 방법에 관한 것으로서, 대상 유량계에 유체를 공급하는 유체 공급 장치 및 상기 유체가 공급되는 동안 상기 대상 유량계에 실제 선박의 환경과 최대한 유사한 환경을 제공할 수 있도록, 상기 대상 유량계에 움직임을 인가할 수 있는 모사 장치를 포함할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to an evaluation system and a method for a flowmeter, which can evaluate flow rate measurement accuracy and dynamic behavior of an oil flowmeter for measuring a fuel flow rate of a ship. The evaluation system comprises: a fluid supply device supplying a fluid to a target flowmeter; and a simulation device capable of applying movement to the target flowmeter to provide an environment maximally similar to another environment of an actual ship to the target flowmeter while the fluid is supplied.
