The present invention relates to an opening and closing device (1) for an automobile armrest console (100). With the present invention, a cover (102) can be automatically opened on a main body (101) of the automobile armrest console (100). According to the present invention, a fixed bracket (2) and a turning bracket (3) are capable of performing an angular motion by means of a fixed hinge pin (4) installed so as to be fixed to a fixed support portion (21) on one side and freely rotate in a turning support portion (31) and a turning hinge pin (5) fixed to the turning support portion (31) while freely rotating in the fixed support portion (21) on the other side. Both ends of a coil spring (8) are fixed to a fixed coupling body (6) coupled to the fixed hinge pin (4) and a turning coupling body (7) fixed to the turning hinge pin (5). The fixed coupling body (6) is fixed and coupled to one end of a coupling pipe (9) into which the coil spring (8) is inserted and the turning coupling body (7) is rotatably coupled to the other end. Once locking means (16) is released in the armrest console (100), the cover (102) fixed to the turning bracket (3) is opened in the main body (101) fixed to the fixed bracket (2) by the elastic restoring force of the coil spring (8). With the present invention, noise minimization is achieved and the opening angle of the cover (102) is stopped at a predetermined angle. As a result, the convenience of use is improved. In addition, various effects can be anticipated, including manufacturing cost reduction, indoor contamination prevention, and operation reliability improvement.

    본 발명은 자동차의 암레스트 콘솔(100)의 본체(101) 상부에서 덮개(102)를 자동으로 개방시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차 암레스트 콘솔(100) 개폐장치(1)를 제공코자 하는 것으로서, 상기 본 발명은 고정브래킷(2)과 회동브래킷(3)을 일측의 고정지지부(21)에 고정되면서 회동지지부(31)에 자유 회전되게 설치된 고정힌지핀(4)과 타측의 고정지지부(21)에 자유 회전되면서 회동지지부(31)에 고정된 회동힌지핀(5)에 의해서 각운동 가능토록 하되, 고정힌지핀(4)에 고정된 고정결합체(6)와 회동힌지핀(5)에 고정된 회동결합체(7)에 코일스프링(8)의 양단을 고정시키며, 코일스프링(8)이 내입되는 연결관체(9)의 일단에 고정결합체(6)를 고정 결합하면서 타단에 회동결합체(7)가 회전 가능토록 결합 구성하여 암레스트 콘솔(100)에서 잠금수단(16)을 해제시키면 코일스프링(8)의 탄성복원력에 의해서 회동브래킷(3)에 고정된 덮개(102)가 고정브래킷(2)에 고정된 본체(101)에서 개방되도록 함을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의하면 소음을 최소화시키면서 덮개(102)의 개방 각도를 정해진 각도에서 스토핑시켜서 사용상의 편의성을 제고시키며, 제조원가의 절감과 실내 오염의 방지 및 작동신뢰도의 향상 등 다수의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 것이다.
