The mooney stress relaxation rate of the modified conjugated diene polymer at 110 DEG C is greater than or equal to 0.45, the modification rate is more than 75 mass%, and the weight average molecular weight (Mw) ranges from 200 thousands to 3 million and the molecular weight distribution (weight average molecular weight (Mw))/ number average molecular weight (Mn) ranges from1.5 to 3.5.
