The present invention relates to a rubber composition for a tire tread and to a tire produced by using the same, in which a material rubber having good affinity with a polymer is selected and surface-modified nano rubber particles prepared by irradiating and cross-linking with an electron beam are included. The rubber composition for the tire tread of the present invention can reduce the amount of silica as a reinforcing agent by using the nano rubber particles under specific conditions, and low rolling resistance (RR), wet grip on wet road surface and abrasion resistance are improved.
본 발명은 타이어 트레드용 고무 조성물 및 이를 이용하여 제조한 타이어에 관한 것으로서, 폴리머와 친화력이 좋은 재료고무를 선택하고 전자빔으로 조사, 가교하여 제조한 표면 개질된 나노고무입자를 포함한다. 본 발명의 타이어 트레드용 고무조성물은 상기 나노고무입자를 특정 조건으로 사용함으로써 보강제인 실리카의 사용량을 줄일 수 있고, 낮은 회전 저항(low rolling resistance;RR), 젖은 노면에서 그립력(Wet grip) 및 내마모성(Abrasion resistance)이 향상되는 우수한 효과가 있다.
